  1. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
    Unfortunately, no. As we work with third-party courier services, we are unable to amend the delivery address once the pickup request has been arranged.
     
  2. I noticed some items are missing from my order. How do I go about this?
    Our sincere apologies for the oversight. Please kindly contact us via WhatsApp (92950588) within 1 day of delivery to report any missing items so we can assist you promptly.

  3. I won't be home to receive. Can you leave my order outside? 

    Please note that Terra Mart will not be liable for any loss or damage once the parcel has been successfully delivered. A photo record will be taken for any parcels left outside the unit as proof of delivery.

    For orders containing frozen products, delivery will be carried out via our own fleet in the evenings. We highly recommend that someone be present to receive the order. Terra Mart will not be liable for any damage or spoilage resulting from improper handling or storage of frozen products.

  4. Can I remove items after placing an order?
    Unfortunately, items cannot be removed once your order has been placed, as they will be prepared for courier collection.

  5. What is the expected shelf life of my purchased products?
    All items have at least 1 month’s shelf life before expiry, except fresh produce, bread, eggs, chilled drinks, chilled dairy, and clearance items.
